Yoga Classes

You can take yoga classes with me at two local fitness studios.

Current offerings:

Power Yoga/Define Yoga: My version of a yoga sculpt class! We’ll move through warm ups with yoga poses and breath work, and then use a variety of light weights, bands, and blocks to add resistance to already demanding flows. All levels are welcome to class. Class is offered Mondays at 5:30PM and Thursdays at 5:30 AM.

Slow Release: For this class, we’ll slow down our movements and lean into our breath. Class will be a mostly grounded and supported using blocks, blankets and straps – we’ll find our structure in the poses and then deepen the breath within the poses. All levels are welcome to class.

All bodies are welcome to join any of my classes. Remember, coming to your breath is vital and you have permission to come and breathe just as you are!
