Yoga Classes

You can take yoga classes with me at two local fitness studios. Reach out and I can provide you with the info for your free week trial!

Current offerings:

Vinyasa – One breath, one movement. With roots in Ashtanga yoga, we will move through warm ups, and create flows, giving you space to move on your own. Classes will typically get hot and move at a fast pace.

All are welcome at any class, there are variations for everything we do. Remember, coming to your breath is vital and you have permission to come and breathe just as you are!
