Power Yoga/Define Yoga

Mondays at 5:30pm at Ayu Pilates

Thursdays at 5:30am at Rebar

Class starts with warm ups and then moves through flows incorporating light weights, bands and blocks to add resistance to familiar yoga poses. All levels are welcome in class – Reach out to me to join!

Slow Release at Ayu Pilates

Mondays at 6:35 pm

A gentle, breath-led class with longer held stretches and unhurried flows to release tension, improve flexibility and calm the nervous system. Ideal for all levels seeking deep relaxation and mindful connection.
